Payment terms are Net 30 with approved credit application. Invoices are payable in U.S. Funds only. Please contact Crest to arrange for ACH payment.
Crest accepts all major credit cards at the point of sale for domestic customers. Payments accepted by Crest after point of sale are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee.
Customer is responsible for any additional taxes or fees associated with international orders.

Crest collects Sales or Use taxes in jurisdictions to which it is subject. Customer purchases in other jurisdictions may be taxable. Customer may be required to file a Sales or Use tax return at the end of a reporting period in those jurisdictions for taxes due.Â
